The 2017 Tayson Pierce Chardonnay is another testament to the diligence and care taken to craft their wines. Sourced from a single vineyard (Hudson Vineyards) with grapes meticulously grown and harvested results in a smooth, well rounded Chardonnay.  Hues of medium yellow in the glass bring aromas of honeysuckle, Bosc pear, and peach, offering light butter, toasted oak, ripe pear and citrus notes on the palate. The long finish provides lingering flavors of peach and honey. Pairing:  Pair with seafood and light pasta dishes.
